Paula Fellingham here! I hope you enjoyed a fabulous International Women’s Day on March 8th by celebrating with the women you love!
As you know, I was in India with some of my team, presenting TWO Global Women’s Summits with hundreds of women. One celebration was held at the Om Shanti Retreat Centre, outside of Delhi (March 6th) and the second was at Mt. Abu – the Headquarters of the wonderful Brahma Kumaris (March 8th). How I WISH you could have been with us! They were spectacular, life-changing events.
AND AT THE SAME TIME IN RWANDA the WIN hosted a Global Women’s Summit with Tumi Frazier (our Director for Africa). The First Lady of Rwanda and the Commissioner of Gender were honored speakers. Tumi reports that all attendees had a fabulous time (the picture above shows it! 🙂
A little surprise gift I brought back from India was malaria. Yep, I contracted that icky disease! 🙁 However, the good news is that my hospital stay was short and the meds are working great! I also need to thank my Heavenly Father that I’m quickly gaining strength and that the symptoms didn’t “hit me” on one of the long plane rides home! Ha!
Have a wonderful week, my friend, and know that the women of the world are A-MA-ZING! I welcome you to get involved with our glorious mission to strengthen women and families worldwide, if you haven’t already contacted me. 🙂
I send you my love…..
